theBrinsons.net is the Web site of the Brinson family. Our parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, and life time friends are located in various states around the country. So, the main purpose of this site is to keep them updated on the happenings in our lives in Kansas. The birth of my daughter was the main catalyst for the creation of the original theBrinsons.net. Years later, she is as beautiful and precious as ever. She now has a handsome baby brother. Our children continues to be the central focus for our Friends & Family.

I also continue to be a user and proponent of the open source operating system known as GNU/Linux. So, I have a section devoted to my Linux journey with helpful information that I have acquired along the way. Others interested in Free/Open Source Software might find this section useful.

I have also added a section that I have called Sundries, and it is the section where I share any computer programming work that I have done. I call it Sundries because it will feature code for different environments, different programming languages, and different project types.
